Central SED

Central is a luxury mixed-use development by Saudi Egyptian Developers (SED), strategically located in the heart of New Cairo. Spanning approximately 21 acres, the project is situated along the city’s main thoroughfares—North and South 90th Streets and Mohamed Naguib Axis—ensuring high accessibility and visibility.

The development comprises a blend of office spaces, retail outlets, and entertainment venues, designed to create a dynamic urban hub. The architectural layout features a central boulevard and main plaza, providing venues for events and performances, thereby enhancing the project’s vibrancy.

Office units within Central range from 114 to 490 square meters, equipped with advanced technological infrastructure and modern amenities. The retail component offers a variety of shopping and dining options, bringing together renowned brands and international restaurants under one roof.

A notable feature of Central is its three-level underground parking facility, designed to accommodate a large number of visitors, employees, and tenants, thereby alleviating parking concerns in the bustling area.

Launched as SED’s 50th project, Central reflects the company’s extensive experience in real estate development, with a history spanning nearly five decades and encompassing over 44 projects.

Construction of Central commenced following a strategic partnership contract worth EGP 232 million with SANO Foundations and Heavy Equipment, a subsidiary of Dorra Group. The project is expected to be completed within approximately four years from the start of construction.

Upon completion, Central aims to serve the growing population of New Cairo, which is projected to reach six million by 2030, offering a comprehensive destination for business, shopping, and entertainment.
